1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 502 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 502 and the user. The rules set out here are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By using 502's services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Process
Accurate and genuine information is required to open an account with 502. 502 reserves the right to terminate any account registered using false or misleading information. Each individual may only maintain one account.
Password & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify 502 immediately. Any losses resulting from sharing your password with others are your own responsibility.
Account Suspension or Closure
In cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, 502 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Balances held in suspended accounts may be considered for refund upon completion of the required verification process.
3. User Responsibilities
All users must comply with the following while using the platform:
- Use your account solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Refrain from any fraudulent activity directed at other users.
- It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh.
If any suspicious activity is detected, 502 may launch an investigation and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Intellectual Property
Content & Intellectual Property
All content published on the 502 website — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is protected under 502's intellectual property rights. None of this material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
502 may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational convenience only, and 502 is not responsible for the content or policies of any external sites.
Changes to Services
502 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its services, features, or betting options at any time. For significant changes, notice will be posted on the platform where possible.
5. Payment & Transaction Details
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 502 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. A minimum transaction amount applies to each transaction.
Verification
Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. A national ID or other accepted identity document must be submitted. Incomplete verification may result in withdrawal delays.
Transaction Cancellations & Refunds
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or match cancellation, stake refunds will be considered in accordance with 502's established policies. 502 reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of fraudulent transactions.
Tax & Legal Liability
Users are solely responsible for paying any taxes applicable to earnings from betting. 502 does not undertake to file any reports with Bangladesh's tax authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
502 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 502 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet disruptions. Financial losses from betting are entirely at the user's own risk, and 502 does not offer compensation for such losses.
Changes to Terms
502 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page regularly for the latest version.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or disagreements will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the relevant courts of Bangladesh.
